摘要
目的 观察穴位埋线对血清总胆固醇 ( TC)、甘油三脂 ( TG)及体重的影响。方法 用高脂饮食建立大鼠高脂血症模型 ,随机分为穴位埋线组、穴位预埋线组、对照组 ,并与空白组对照。结果 穴位埋线组、穴位预埋线组的 TC、TG与对照组比较 ,明显下降 ,经统计学处理 ,差异有意义 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;其中穴位预埋线组在经过同样的造模后 ,TG与空白组对照 ,差异无显著性意义 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ;3组的体重变化差异不明显 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 穴位埋线能降低实验性高脂大鼠的血清总胆固醇、甘油三脂 ;穴位预埋线能预防甘油三脂的上升 ,与体重变化无相关性。
Objective To explore the influence of catgut implantation at acupoint over serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and body weight. Methods The rat models of experimental hyperlipemia were created with high fat food and randomly divided into catgut implanted group, pre catgut implanted group, control group, and a blank control group of rats was set up as well. Results Compared with the control group, TC and TG in the catgut implanted and pre catgut implanted groups were obviously lower. Statistical analysis showed that the difference was significant ( P <0.05). In addition, after same model creating process, the pre catgut implanted group had no significant difference from the blank group in TG ( P >0.05). The changes of the body weight in the three groups were not obvious ( P <0.05). Conclusion Catgut implantation at acupoint could lower the serum total cholesterol and triglyceride in rats with experimental hyperlipemia, and pre catgut implantation at acupoint could prevent the increase of triglyceride, but there is no correlation with change of body weight.
