LCP isa special engineering plastics with excellent properties. The structure,properties and applications of LCP were introduced. The attentions of LCP product and mold designwere described. Injection molding technique wasdescribedin detail,including drying technique of material, temperature of cylinder,pressure and speed of injection, rotation speed of screw, temperature of mold, cycle, insert heating and attention.
