Product Development Process Control Based on Workflow Dynamic Composition Method

摘要 提出了将项目管理技术和工作流技术相结合的方法。形式化地定义了基于事件的过程模型,在此基础上定义了工作流模型和产品开发项目过程模型。引入了一种工作流动态复合技术,通过该技术,项目过程模型可以根据项目的实际情况发生动态变化。研究了工作流动态复合的关键技术,提出了支持该技术的系统结构并介绍了有关实例。 In order to control the product developmentprocess effectively, a method to integrate project manage-ment and workflow technologies was proposed in the pa-per. Defining a formal event--based process model, theworkflow model and product development project processmodel were defined. A kind of workflow dynamic compo-sition method that can make the process model changeddynamically according to the status of project was intro-duced in detail. The system structure supporting thistechnique is also proposed.
