摘要
目前广泛使用的同步磁力联轴器存在内转子上永磁体在高温下退磁而引起磁力联轴器不能正常工作的问题。根据电磁感应式原理,设计了一种新型磁力联轴器,可有效解决这一问题。推导出了这种磁力联轴器传递转矩的计算公式。实验值和理论计算值表明该方案切实可行。
Synchronous magnetic shaft couplings havebeen widely used in many industry departments, howev-er, if medium temperature is high, synchronous magneticshaft coupling may not operate in normal state when ittransports these media because of the demagnetization ofpermanent magnets on its inner rotor. A new--type ofmagnetic shaft couplings which work on the principle ofelectromagnetic induction is presented. This kind of in-duction shaft couplings can solve the problem effectively.Some formulas were deduced and used to calculate torqueof induction shaft couplings. The experimental and calcu-lational results indicate that this design is practicable.
