摘要
可逆流体转换器因其不含运动部件而具有免维修特征,特别适用于输送剧毒、剧腐蚀以及放射性等流体。根据工况要求,以装置动力效率、废气排放量及装置时均输出流量为优化目标函数,以置换商稳定运行条件为性能约束条件,以实际工艺参数取值范围为边界条件,利用多目标优化设计理论对可逆流体转换器装置进行了优化设计,试验研究结果表明提出的设计理论切实可行。
Reverse flow diverter (RFD) is a kind ofmaintenance--free transport device because of its exclud- ing movingparts. It is especially suitable to transport thestrongly poisonous, corrodible or radioactive liquid whichman couldn't touch closely or directly. The multi--opti-mization design of RFD is proposed by taking system's ef-ficiency, waste air drainage and system's gained--flow asthe multi--objective function, the stability of gas--liquidpiston as the constraints and the scope of operating vari-ables as acceptable area. It is proved to be reliable andfunctional by experiments.
