镗孔尺寸在线预测补偿系统研究 被引量:1

摘要 提出了螳孔尺寸误差预测补偿系统,系统应用改进的人工神经网络对镗孔加工尺寸误差建立预测模型并进行在线补偿。实际应用证明,该模型能有效地提高加工精度,减小镗孔加工的尺寸误差。 This paper presents a forecasting compen-sation control system for boring process. A predictionmodel of improved artificial neural network for boringprocess was established and used to on line compensateerrors. The results of application for machining parts intransfer line show that the model can predict and reduceerrors during boring process.
