摘要
在Windows操作系统下,测量系统采用图像处理技术,根据植物叶片扫描图像像素点的分布特征以及扫描图像灰度值的直方图来确定灰度值的判读指标;应用扫描图像RGB三原色的灰度值分离理论,通过叶片像素点的分布比例提出一种计算叶片面积大小的算法。VC++结合该算法,在程序中定义处理位图的核心DIB类,编写了"植物营养诊断系统软件"中叶面积测定部分。结果表明:应用该软件所测定的植物叶面积与传统的复印称重法测定植物叶面积的相关系数r为0.9998。该方法测定叶面积具有相对误差小,测量速度快的特点。
By using computer image technology, leaf area was measured based on the distribution of the scanning picture pixels and the histogram of the picture's gray value. This method separate the RGB tricolor gray value from the picture, so the leaf area was determined by measuring the proportion of every leaf pixel. The system utilizes VC++ to accomplish the graphic program and is based on the arithmetic. It defines a new class DIB which deals with the bitmap. The correlation coefficient of leaf area measured by traditional copy method and scanning method was significant high (r=0.9998) and the relative error of the both methods was less than 0.5%.This scanning method could be used for measuring large number of samples and save a lot of time compared to the traditional copy method.
