摘要
区域经济增长是数量扩张和质量提高两个方面的整合和统一。西部大开发实施以来,内蒙古经济获得了较快的增长速度,但在高速度增长的背后却是要素利用的低效率。提高内蒙古经济的增长质量需要从改善供给和扩大有效需求两个方面着手。
Regional economic growth is integration and unity of quantitative expanding and qualitative increase. Since western development was implemented, the economy of Inner Mongolia has got faster growth speed. But factors are insufficiently exploited behind rapid growth. Improving economic growth quality needs to change supply and expand effective demand.
