摘要
分析区域创新理论兴起的背景,区域创新对中西部发展的意义,发现中西部创新能力不足的原因在于科技与智力资源方面存在差距、经济结构不尽合理、企业缺乏活力、体制变革滞后等,因此,增强中西部区域创新能力需要做到:增强政府的创新意识、改善创业环境,形成企业集群,加强企业、高校、科研院所及政府之间的互动。
By analyzing the background of regional innovative theory and the importance of regional innovation in the development of the middle and western areas, this paper discovers the reasons for insufficient innovative ability in these areas and provides the countermeasures for raising innovative ability in these areas.
