摘要
企业是人力资本所有者与物质资本所有者的一种契约关系,人力资本所有者和物质资本所有者共同拥有企业产权。但由于人力资本的自然属性———人力资本与其载体不可分性,使风险、贡献、报酬、环境等因素都将对人力资本获得企业产权产生影响。
An enterprise is a kind of relationship between the owner of human resources capital and the owner of material capital and the both owners own the property right of the enterprise. The wage environmental factors such natural property as the non-separate property of human resources capital and its carrier, risk, contribution and so on have effect on that human resources capital to obtain rights of enterprises.
