摘要
我国的风险投资从萌芽到今天 ,已取得了一定的成绩 ,它对于我国高科技发展起到了十分重要的作用。但与此同时 ,人们在研究风险投资的过程中 ,出现了一些理论和实践上的误区。这些错误认识对我国发展风险投资业是十分有害的。因此 ,只有认识并克服这些误区 ,才能进一步促进我国风险投资业的健康发展 。
Up to now,China has made certain achievements on venture capital,which is playing very important role in the high-techmology development.However,there also lie some misunderstandings of the theory and practice in the course of studying venture capital.These erroreous thoughts are very bad for developing Chinese venture capital industry.So only realizing and overcoming these erroreous thoughts,can we promote the venture capital's healthy development and enhance China's economic strength.
