摘要
采用膜结构的气体扩散电解作为阴极对染料进行了脱色研究,对膜阴极(MEA)制备工艺以及催化剂进行了探讨,得到了制备MEA的适宜条件.结果表明,使用MEA作阴极,效果远远优于石墨阴极;铂是膜电极的高效催化剂;膜电极制备的优化条件是造孔剂的含量w=0.30.
After a series of preparation and tests on dye's decoloration of threedimensional gasdiffusion membrane cathode assembly (MEA), the appropriate preparation conditions were ascertained. It is shown that MEA is much superior to graphite cathode in organics oxidation and platinum is a suitable catalyst. MEA had better be prepared with commercial carbon black as background material and with holemaking reagent concentration w=0.30.
