摘要
在经典的摄像机标定方法中,求解透镜畸变系数的同时必须先求得外部参数,从而使求解过程显得繁琐.针对这种情况,提出了一种基于空间共线点求解透镜畸变系数的简便方法.根据空间共线点在图像平面上的理想投影仍然共线的特点,将点的理想投影的图像坐标用畸变后的图像坐标表示,从而得到一个关于畸变系数的一元二次方程.求解该方程,即可得到畸变系数.该方法不需要点的三维世界坐标,不需要求解外部参数,避免了复杂的优化过程,是一种简单而有效的方法.仿真和实验结果均证明了该方法的有效性.
In view of that the extrinsic parameters of camera have to be computed firstly, the procedure to solve the distortion coefficient appears to be very complicated in the classical calibration. A collinear pointsbased method to solve the distortion coefficient was presented. According to the property that the ideal perspective points on the image plane of several spatial collinear points are still collinear, a quadric equation in the variable (distortion coefficient) can be acquired by formulating the image coordinates of ideal points using the ones of distorted points. The distortion coefficient is then easily solved. The proposed method needs no accurate world coordinates of calibration points, avoids the complicated optimization procedure. Both the simulation with synthetic data and real experiement were performed to validate this simple and useful method.
