摘要
单纯采用能量平衡方法设计余热锅炉时 ,对于遇到的众多影响因素 ,难于实现对众多影响因素的优化设计。给出了热管式余热锅炉效率的计算表达式 ,采用效率为约束的能量平衡方法设计热管式余热锅炉 ,从而达到优化设计的目的 。
In the design of the heat pipe waste heat boiler, the energy balance method is often adopted. For many influence factors to be met, the optimization design cannot be realized with the energy balance method singly. In this paper the calculate formula of efficiency in the heat pipe wast heat boiler was given, the energy balance method with confined efficiency was adopted to design heat pipe waste heat boiler, so the optimization design can be abstained. And the better result can be achieved in the practice application of engineer.
