摘要
目的 :观察格列吡嗪控释片治疗老年 2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法 :治疗组 32例老年糖尿病患者服用控释片 ,对照组老年糖尿病患者 2 8例服用速释片 ,两组均测试服药前后空腹血糖、餐后 2小时血糖、胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素样生长因子 - 1 ,并进行组内、组间对比。结果 :控释片及速释片均有较好的降糖效果 ,而控释片可以增加血清胰岛素样生长因子 - 1 ,但不增加血胰岛素。结论 :格列吡嗪控释片对老年
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of controlled release glipizide in the treatment of aged patients with NIDDM Methods:32 cases aged patients with NIDDM were treated by controlled release glipizide and 28 cases aged patients with NIDDM were treated by immediate release glipizide.Their serum level of FPG, glucose in two hours after dinner,insulin,HbA 1C,IGF 1 were measured and compared before and after treatment Results:Both controlled release glipizide and immediate release glipilide had good effect in lowing the serum level of glucose,controlled release glipizide also increased the serum level of IGF 1 and decreased the serum level of insulin Conclusion: Controlled release glipizied have better effect in the treatment of aged patients with NIDDM
