摘要
目的 :观察白细胞介素 - 1 3(IL - 1 3)对肾小球系膜细胞增殖的影响。方法 :应用流式细胞仪检测加入不同浓度 IL - 1 3作用后对肾小球系膜细胞 DNA含量的变化。结果 :各实验组的 DNA合成前期 (G1期 )细胞数增加 ,而合成期 (S期 )细胞数降低 ,各实验组与对照组比较 ,差异均有显著性 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :IL - 1
Objective:To observe the effect of interleukin 13 on the cell cycle in glomerular mesangial cell Methods:Flow cytometry was used to detect DNA content of glomerular mesangial cell in different concentration IL 13 Results:Compared with control group,DNA contents in each experiment groups increased in G1 phase and decreased in S phase,there were significantly different(P<0 01) Conclusion:IL 13 inhibits glomerular mesangial cell proliferation
