摘要
对气辅成形装置的压力调节和控制进行了研究。经实验分析提出了基本模糊控制器中影响系统控制效果的3个参数,采用参数自校正模糊控制算法,设计了气辅咸形装置的气体压力参数自校正模糊控制器。在自主研制的小型气辅装置上进行了实验验证和比较。实验结果表明,提出的参数自校正模糊控制算法和相应的控制器,有效地降低了稳态偏差和稳态偏差变化率,提高了控制系统的适应能力。
In this paper the pressure adjusting andcontrolling in gas--assistant injection molding apparatushas been investigated. Through the experiments andanalyses, it is proposed that three parameters will effectthe results of the system control in the essential fuzzycontroller. Using parameter self--regulating fuzzy con-trol algorithm, the parameter self--regulating fuzzy con-troller is designed. The experiments on a small type Gas--Assistant Molding Apparatus which was developed byour research group are completed and compared with theessential fuzzy controller. The experimental results showthat the parameter self--regulating fuzzy controller canreduce the static errors, the static error--variation--rateand enhance the fitness of the control system.
