摘要
现阶段的我国旅游业到底应该由政府来主导还是由市场来主导一直是理论界争论的一个热点话题。从反思当前SARS危机中,从我国旅游目的地形象推广中存在的问题出发,探讨了政府在旅游目的地形象推广中的主导作用,并提出具体主导领域与主导措施,以期对旅游界有所启发。
It is a hot point that who should develop our tourism industry mainly at present, our government or market. Faced with SARS crisis, beginning with considering the matters that exist in the promotion of tourist destination image, this paper probes into the key role of government and puts forward the dominating fields and dominating measures so as to inspire others.
