摘要
槽形引锭头的失效形式主要表现为槽形工作面的热疲劳龟裂和热冲蚀豁口。研究槽形引锭头的工况、材质 ,应用新型堆焊修复工艺 ,设计槽形模板 ,无需大型加工设备 ,以极低的成本修复报废的引锭头 ,并赋予其优良的耐热。
Slot shaped ingot leader usually fails for heat fatigue cracks & heat breaches on its face. After analyses on working condition and material of leader, the leader is repaired by means of designing a slot shape mould, and using a new surfacing procedure in low cost without any large machines. The result shows that the leader repaired has better resistance to heat fatigue.
