摘要
本文提出由数码相机,网络单元两部分所组成的网络相机理念,及基于此的高速公路可视化全程监控系统设计。该IP监控网络由沿路的各网络相机通过ONU、OLT接入网,与监控计算机和图像终端等构成,具有语音与图像数据的兼容存储与远程调用,监控图像的模式识别与交通智能化处理,多监控业务的融合拓展与场外设备设置灵活等功能特点。
