摘要
针对组装式石英谐振传感器存在的压力灵敏度随环境温度变化、非线性等问题,分析并建立了对其实现综合补偿的方程式,利用计算机实现压力采集过程中的综合补偿,使该压力计的现场测试准确度在0~100℃范围内达到0.05级。
To direct at the pressure sensitivity changed with the operation temperature and non linearity of a assembling quartz resonance sensor,a formula for realizing the sensor's temperature compensation is analyzed and set up.Comprehensive compensation in the process of pressure data acquisition is realized by a computer. The accuracy of quartz pressure gauge can be made to reach 0.05% at 0#℃ to 100#℃.
