激光等离子体源飞行时间质谱计的研制 被引量:2

摘要 质谱是当今运用最为广泛的分析测试手段之一。尽管质谱仪器本身已经具有半个世纪以上的历史,但是仍然在离子源、质量分析和数据处理等方面不断得到改进与发展,新型的质谱仪器不断推出。
