摘要
针对单元化制造的特点,首次全面地提出了一个完整的评价指标体系,从成组性、动态性、柔性和敏捷性对单元化制造系统进行综合评价,并构造了基于制造单元生命周期的单元化制造系统评价模型,该模型采用了模糊层次分析法对系统进行综合评价.最后示例说明该模型.
Considering the specificity of cellular manufacturing system(CMS) ,a complete assessment index for cellular manufacturing (CM) from the technical aspect is provided the first time, which evaluates CM from group efficiency, dynamics, flexibility and agility. A evaluation model based on manufacturing cell life cycle is suggested,and fussy analytic hierarchy process is used for the suggested model. At last, a example is given to explain the suggested model.
