摘要
概括了铝及铝合金阳极氧化膜的几种常规封闭方法:水合封闭法、重铬酸盐封闭法、水解盐封闭法、常温金属盐封闭法等.介绍了两种铝及铝合金阳极氧化膜的封闭新技术:有机酸封闭和稀土封闭法,分别比较了不同封闭方法的优缺点.指出由于稀土元素对铝合金有很好的缓蚀作用,并且无毒性,因此,稀土元素在铝及铝合金阳极氧化膜封闭处理中的研究具有非常广阔的应用前景,提出了在今后工作中需要进一步深入研究的问题.
Techniques used for sealing of anodized aluminum and its alloys, such as water sealing, dichromate sealing, salt sealing, cold metal salt sealing, and recent developments are summed up and two new sealing techniques: organic acid sealing and rare earth sealing are introduced. Comparison of different sealing techniques indicates that the rare earth element will have its wide applications for its non-poison to human beings, and improvement of corrosion resistance of the anodized aluminum.
