摘要
资本结构是企业筹资的核心问题之一 ,上市公司资本结构的是否合理直接关系到其企业价值最大化的实现。本文以纺织行业上市公司资本结构的现状为基础 ,分析其产生的原因 ,并提出了相应的对策。
The capital structure,which affects the realization of the maximum enterprise value,is one of the core problems on collecting funds for enterprise.Based on listed textile company,the current situation of the capital structure and the reasons were analyzed,the corresponding countermeasures were proposed.
