摘要
对万丰热电厂220t/h锅炉水冷壁爆管事故进行现场调查研究,从安装酸洗、运行操作、停用保养和外部水质等4个方面详细分析水冷壁爆管原因,并由此提出针对性改进意见。
Bursting problems of water wall tubes on 220t/h boilers of Shantou Wanfeng Power Plant were investigated and studied.This paper describes in detail the impacts of acid pickling in erection,operation,protation of idle boilers and water quality and analyzes the causes leading to how bursting of water wall tubes,and the specific measures were put forward.
