摘要
对87例尸体腹主动脉权的形态进行标定,拍照,通过MYPAD-A_3 K_(510)数字化仪及IBM PC/XT计算机进行参数统计、分析。结果为:①左、右髂总动脉口径无性别、年龄差异;③腹主——髂总动脉分权角左侧大于右侧;③左、右支分支角与相应侧腹主——髂总动脉密切圆半径呈负相关。本文从流体力学角度阐明血管形态与流体间关系,并探讨腹主动脉瘤形成的力学机理。
The morphology of the abdominal aortic bifurcation of 87 corpses was marked and photographed. Eata obtained were counted and analysed by MYPAD-A3 K510 digitalizcd instrument and IBM PC/XT computer. The results show that there is no sex or age difference in diameters between right and left common iliac arteries. The angle of between the axis of aorta and iliac artery is larger than that of the right side. The branching angle of the left or right side is inversily related to the radius of the cohesive circle on the correspondent side of the aortic bifurcation. The relation between the morphology of blood vessel and its blood flow was clarified by flow dynamics. The dynamics mechanism of forming abdominal aortic aneurysm was discussed.
