摘要
目的 探讨纤维支气管镜 (简称纤支镜 )介导下内支架置入治疗大气道病变的方法和效果。 方法在纤支镜介导下金属支架置入治疗20例包括气管、支气管狭窄和瘘的大气道病变。结果 包括18例恶性肿瘤和2例良性病变的20例病人全部成功置入金属自膨支架 ,术后临床症状明显改善。 结论 纤支镜介导下置入金属自膨支架治疗大气道病变定位准确、操作安全、术后临床症状改善明显。
Objective To investigate the method and effect of endobronchial stent placement guided by fibrobronchoscope in major airway lesion.Method Data were analyzed from 20 patients with bronchostenosis or bronchus fistula, who were underwent endobronchial stent placement guided by fibrobronchoscope for major airway lesion.Results All patients include 18 cases of malignant tumor and 2 benign lesion cases had placement of expandable metallic stents successfully.Symptoms of those patients were ameliorated obviously after stenting.Conclusion The placement of metal stents under flexible bronchoscope with fluoroscopy in treating major airway lesion can improve patients' symptoms,the localization of stent is accurate and the procedure is safe.
