摘要
阿立哌唑是喹诺啉酮(Quinolinone)的衍生物,是一类新型非典型抗精神病药的一员,它对多巴胺D_2和5-羟色胺5-H_(1A)受体有部分激动活性,同时也是一种5-羟色胺5-HT_(2A)受体拮抗剂。对其临床药理和临床研究进行综述。
Aripiprazole is a derivative of quinolinone and one of a new class of atypical antipsychotics. It has partial agonist acitiviey to dopamine D2 and serotonin 5-HT1A receptors and is also an antagonist of 5-HT2A receptors. Its clinical pharmacology and clinical studies are reviewed in this paper.
