摘要
结扎胆总管的情况下,阻塞上端胆管内压不断增高,当胆管内压达20~25cm水柱时,胆汁即逆流到体循环。本文分别在结扎胆总管后1、2、3、4周,观察肝脏酶的组织化学变化。随着结扎时间的延长,肝脏琥珀酸脱氧酶(SDH)、葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶(G-6-Paso)、三磷酸腺苷酶(ATPase)的活性明显减弱,分别由强阳性变成可疑阳性,而酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)的活性明显增强,由阳性变成强阳性。实验结果提示胆道阻塞时间延长,肝脏酶的功能发生明显的紊乱。
40 rats (200-250g) which ductus cholcdochus were binded were killed after 1, 2, 3 and 4 weeks (ie A.B.C.D groups) and their livers were examined with histochemical methods. The result showed that after 4 weeks treatment of binding choledochus, the liver presented the following changes in the histochemical reactions, the activity of ATPase, SDH, G-6-Pase became apparently lower and the activity of ACP, AKP higher than those in other groups (P<0.01), while the activity of enzymes in the other three groups showed no statistically satisfactory changes compared with the normal group. It is suggested that a long time cholestasis may cause a damage to the function of liver.
