摘要
2000年中国入世成功,在庆幸入世的同时更要看到入世后受到的挑战和压力。面对严峻挑战和激烈竞争,中国应抓住机遇,完善法律体系变被动为主动,接受挑战,参与竞争,不断提升国际地位。
China had successfully entered to WTO.Confronting with serious challenge and intense competition,China should grasp the opportunity to improve law system and join the competition,turn passive situation to active one to constantly improve international position.
