摘要
本文探讨在深层培养条件下利用全氟化碳作为氧载体的一种新的供氧方法,在一喷射自吸式反应器中氧通过氧载体的循环传递给培养液。采用这种供氧方法,反应器的供氧速率可提高2.3倍。
The persent article investigated a novel method of supplying oyxgen by using a perfluorocarbon as an oxygen carrier in submerged cultures. Oxygen was transferred to the culture liquid by the circulation of an oxygen carrier in a jet self-priming reactor. Using this system, the oxygen supplying rate could be increased by 2. 3 times in the reactor.
