间隙蒸煮过程计算机优化控制

摘要 介绍了一套应用于纸厂蒸煮车间的间歇蒸煮过程计算机优化控制系统,该系统能自动完成蒸煮各阶段的操作,也可用来指导操作工进行操作。除了实现对蒸煮过程的常规控制,包括温度随动控制和压力定值控制以外,还针对立式蒸锅建立了Kappa的软测量模型,实现蒸煮终点的精确预报。该系统在福建青州造纸厂蒸煮车间投运后,运行稳定,Kappa值的均方差减小约20%,单锅产量提高约1%,蒸汽压力波动减少91%,化学品用量减少8%,增加产量14 1%,取得了良好的经济效益。 A computer optimal control system is introduced. The system can complete the whole cooking process or give the guides to the workers. The system can control the cooking process normally including the temperature control and the pressure control. In order to predict the end of cooking process accurately, a model of the Kappa number was built. A long period of running in the cooking plant of Qingzhou Paper Mill shows the system has high economical value and gain the distinct improvement. After using the system, the mean square of Kappa number is reduced about 20?%, the output of every digester is increased about 1?%, the change of pressure reduced 91?%, the amount of chemical reduced 8?% and the total output is increased about 14.1?%.
