摘要
利用串行通信对各种自动化产品进行控制是一种流行的工业控制方法,DanfossFC是Danfoss公司推出的一种串行通信协议。该协议实现简单,功能强大,可以对其变频器产品大多数参数进行读写控制,从而实现参数的远程控制管理。通过对协议的规范做了详细的介绍,以AT89C51控制变频器输出为例,给出了以C51编写的源程序。实际的结果表明,利用DanfossFC协议的控制方法,在抗干扰,传输距离等方面效果明显优于模拟量控制。
Danfoss FC Protocol can realize the remote control of kinds of automatic equipments of the Danfoss company. The protocol is a simple but powerful serial communication protocol. The experiment of speed control of motor by Danfoss FC protocol is investigated ,and the source program written in C51 is also given. The result indicates that the control method using Danfoss FC is much better than analog control in many aspects.
