摘要
利用电镜我们发现在人底蜕膜的蜕膜细胞有单纯及复合核体存在。因为雌激素能促使单纯核体的形成和转化为复合核体,我们认为蜕膜细胞里的核体与雌激素的作用有关。由于黄体酮能阻止核体形成,蜕膜细胞核体数量的多少可能与母体血液中雌激素和黄体酮的浓度比例及蜕膜细胞所含此二激素的受体数有关。复合核体合成的rRNA将可促进蜕膜细胞合成生乳素等蛋白激素。
Under electron microscopy we found simple and complex nuclear bodies in decidual cells of human decidua basalis. Since estrogen can enhance the formation and conversion of simple nuclear bodies into complex nuclear bodies, we suppose that the formation of complex nuclear bodies in the decidual cells may be due to the stimulation of estrogen. Because the formation of nuclear bodies can be inhibited by progesterone, the number of nuclear bodies in decidual cells may be related to the relative concentration of estrogen and progesterone circulating in the maternal blood stream and to the number of their receptors in the cells. The rRNA synthesized by complx nuclear bodies can promote decidual cells to produce the protejneous hormones such as prolatin.
