摘要
分析了混合动力汽车能源总成控制技术的发展趋势,针对长丰集团CFA6470HEV型混合动力汽车的特点,利用数字信号处理器(DSP)的快速运算能力及强外围功能,实现了基于DSP技术的混合动力汽车能源总成控制系统的设计和运行。测试结果表明,CFA6470HEV在混合模式(HEV)下的油耗、最高车速、加速性能均优于燃油模式(ICE),而它运行在燃油模式下即等价于CFA6470G。另外,若能将发动机的出力纳入控制,有望进一步降低油耗,减少尾气排放。
The developing trend of Energy Assembly Control Technology of Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) is analyzed. Aiming at the character of CFA6470HEV of Changfeng Group, a project designed for Energy Assembly Control System of HEV based on DSP is presented. The test results show that the oil consumption, highest speed and accelerative property of CFA6470 HEV are better than ICE and its operation under fuel equals to CFA 6470G. Otherwise, it will reduce the oil consumption and waste gas if the motor is controlled.
