摘要
建立单向免疫扩散法测定人血清Apo AI,并对测定条件、抗原展开剂、抗原保存等问题作了讨论。本法的批内、批间变异系数分别为3.4%和4.2%。用本法测得80名正常人和66名冠心病患者血清Apo AI含量分别为1.1440±0.2076g/L和0.9303±0.1331g/L,两者间差异极显著(P<0.001)。
The measurement method of apolipoprotein AI(apo AI) in hu- man serum by radial immunodiffusion was estabolished. The work conditions, antigen storage and diffuse solvent were discussed. The intraassay coefficient of variation was 3.4%, the interassay coefficieat of variation was 4.2%. Concentrations of apo AI in 80 health subjects and 66 coronary heart disease patients were 1.1440±0.2076g/L and 0.9303±0.1381 g/L respectively, and there was significant difference between 2 groups(P<0.001).
