介绍了ALDEC506型卧式螺旋离心机结构、工作原理及在污泥脱水中的运行情况。净化废酸中和处理后得到的污泥经浓密后固含量(质量分数)为5％-10％,然后进入离心机分离,排渣水含量(质量分数)降至60％～65％。使用一年来,设备运行稳定,保证了污水处理系统正常运行。
The structure and working principle of ALDEC506 horizontal helical centrifuge and its application in sludge dewatering are introduced. Through neutralization and deposition, sludge with a solid content of 5% -10% was collected from waste water treating section, and then pumped into centrifuge. The water content of the dregs from centrifuge attained 60% -65%. The centrifuge has been operating smoothly for one year and ensures the waste water treating plant to operate well.
