摘要
木文对汽水中苯甲酸含量的两种测定方法,气相色谱法和液相色谱法做了对照分析研究。两种分析方法的相对误差S_x分别为6.05×10^(-4)和3.16×10^(-4)变异系数Cv(%)分别为0.982和0.503、样品的平均回收率为98.59%和98.74%,证明高效液相色谱法优于气相色谱法。
In this paper, it is reported that the content of Benzoic acid in soft drink is determined by GC and HPLC. The rallies of relative error Sx, variable coefficient Cv (%) and average recovery are 6.05×10^(-4) and 3.16×10^(-4), 0.982 and 0.50a, 98.59% and 98.74% respectively. It is proved that HPLC is better than GC.
