摘要
目的：测定疏络止痛胶囊中粉防己碱的含量。方法：ＲＰ－ ＨＰＬＣ法选用Ｃ１８ 分析柱，流动相：甲醇－ 水－ 二乙胺（８２∶１８∶０．２） ，检测波长为２８３ｎｍ ，流速：１．０ｍｌ·ｍｉｎ－１ ，柱温：４０℃。结果：该法平均回收率为９８．１２ ％ ， ＲＳＤ ＝ １．０６％ （ ｎ ＝ ５） 。结论：本法快速、准确，样品处理简便易行，重现性好。
AIM To determine the concentrations of Tetrandrine in Shuluozhitong Capsule.METHODS RP-HPLC was used with a C18 column (250mm×4.6mm,5μm) with methanal-water-diethylamine(80∶18∶0.2) as mobile phase and the detective wave length was 283nm.RESULTS The mean recovery of this method was 98.12% and RSD was 0.44%(n=5),CONCLUSION This method is rapid,sensitive and accurate in defermining the concentraffas of Tefrandrin in shuluozhifong capsule.
