摘要
本文用免疫电镜方法研究了大鼠神经垂体内肽类物质——VP、SP、ENK 和 SRIF 的超微结构定位和肽能神经的分布。结果表明:VP、SP、ENK 和 SRIF 免疫反应物质定位干神经末梢的大颗粒囊泡(直径110~150 nm)内、微泡表面及线粒体外膜。含 VP、SP、ENK 和 SRIF 的神经纤维分布于毛细血管周围、垂体细胞附近。VP 和 ENK 免疫反应阳性的神经末梢可与免疫反应阴性的神经末梢形成轴-轴突触结构。SRIF 免疫反应阳性的神经末梢之间也可形成轴-轴突触结构。ENK 和 SP 免疫反应阳性末梢还与垂体细胞形成突触样结构。本研究首次发现了大鼠神经垂体的垂体细胞为 VP 免疫反应阳性。本文的科学意义在于:1.在超微结构水平证实了在大鼠神经垂体内存在着 VP、SP、ENK 和SRIF 等多种肽能神经末梢;2.VP 阳性垂体细胞及垂体细胞的肽能神经支配意味着这些结构参与调节神经激素释放的可能;3.为神经末梢释放神经激素的调节提供了新的形态学依据。
The ultrastructural localization of peptide substances——VP,SP,ENK,SRIF
and distribution of peptidergic nerves in rat neurohypophysis were studied by elect-
ron microscopy.The results showed that VP,SP,ENK and SRIF immunoreactive
products located in large granular vesicles(110-150 nm in diameter),at the surface
of microvesicles and outer membrane of mitochondria.The VP-,SP-,ENK- and
SRIF-containing nerve fibers distributed at periphery of capillaries and vicinity of
pituicytes.VP- and ENK- positive nerve terminals formed axo-axonic synapses with
negative terminals.Axo-axonic synapses also existed between two SRIF-positive ter-
minals.In addition,ENK- and SP-positive terminals formed synaptoid structures
with pituicytes.The authors have discovered the VP-positive pituicytes for the first
time.
The scientific significances of present paper are as follows:(1)Several kinds of
peptide such as VP,SP,ENK and SRIF have been identified in neurohypophysis at
ultrastructural level;(2)The discovery of VP-positive pituicytes and their peptide-
rgic innervation imply that these structures probably participate in the regulation of
neurohormone releasing;(3)New morphological bases have been provided for the
regulation of neurohormone releasing.
