纳米二氧化硅增强、增韧聚丙烯的研究 被引量:13

STUDY ON THE REINFORCING AND TOUGHENING OF POLYPROPYLENE WITH SiO2 NANO-PARTICLES

摘要 研究了纳米二氧化硅改性聚丙烯体系的热处理前后力学性能和加入交联剂、弹性体对该体系的影响。结果表明,纳米SiO_2添加量在2%左右时,可提高聚丙烯的拉伸强度10%、拉伸弹性模量30%、冲击强度80%。聚丙烯经140℃热处理并加入2.0%~2.4%的DVB交联剂和二次挤出加工,可以进一步提高该体系的拉伸强度和冲击强度。 The mechanical properties of the polypropylene/nano-SiO2 composite before and after heating treatment were discussed and the effects of the crosslinking agent and the elastomer on the mechanical character of the nano-composite were explored. The results showed the tensile strength, tensile modulus and impact strength of the material increased respectively by a factor of 10% , 30% and 80% comparing with that without nano-SiO2. The tensile and impact strength of the composite has been further improved after heating treatment at 140℃, adding 2. 0% - 2. 4% crosslinking agent DVB and by twice extrusion process.
