摘要
本文归纳了三种校正铂电阻温度传感器非线性的方法:反馈法、函数变换法及函数逼近法,并举出一些实用电路。原则上这些方法亦可用于其他类型传感器的线性化。
In this paper, three methods for calibrating the nonlinearity of Platinum Resistance Transducer, which are called feedback method, function transform method and function approach method, are presented. In principle the methods can be used for linearication of other types of transducers.
