摘要
中暑的形态学研究资料,以往除观察实质脏器外,多注意观察脏器出血和弥漫性血管内凝血(DIC)的发生,而对血小板本身的形态学改变则观察较少。本实验研究拟通过热暴露,观察大鼠血小板形态及其来源的形态异常,使加深对脏器出血的认识。
Platelets in peripheral blood and megakaryocytes in bone marrow in rats during acute heat exposure were observed with light and electron microscope.The results showed that the number of the platelets decreased together with the duration of heat exposure and with the rise in body temperature. In this time, the number of the giant platelets in the peripheral blood increased continually and the ratio of their long diameter to the short diameter showed a change from high to low. The open canalicular system (OCS) of the platelets was expanded obviously and its secretory granules decreased significantly. The sinusoidal wall in the bone marrow showed discontinuity and it appeared desquamation near the megakaryocyte. The cellular plasma of the megakaryocytes also decreased clearly.
