摘要
选取１０９ 头３ 日龄仔猪分成两组，试验组每头肌注笔者中心研制的规格为５０ ｍ ｇ／ｍ ｌ的葡聚糖酐铁注射液２ ｍ ｌ。结果表明试验组仔猪血红蛋白水平明显高于对照组。仔猪从３０ 日龄起增重与对照组有明显差异（ｐ＜ ０．０５），发病率降低１４．９％ ，死亡率降低９．３％ 。表明葡聚糖酐铁对仔猪贫血有良好的防治效果。
piglets are selected and devided into two groups,each piglet of one group is injected 2 ml dextrarriron(the concentration is 50 mg/ml)produced by our center.The growth and development of the piglets are recorded.The result show that the hemoglobin level of the experimental group is higher than that of the contrast.The weight gain of the piglets of the test group is different from that of the contrast significantly,since the age of 30 days (p<0.05).The morbidity is 14.9 percentage,and the mortality 9.3 percentage lower than that of the contrast.All of above show that dextran iron can control piglets anaemia effectively.
