飞行人员暗适应能力的好坏直接关系到夜间飞行效果与安全,所以暗适应就成为飞行人员体检的必查项目。迄今为止尚未见到有效的暗适应客观检查方法,现用的暗适应检查仪器,是采用传统的主观检查方法,即由被检者自行报出检查结果。由于主观因素。
Using the principle of optokinetic electronystagmography (ENG), a darkadaptometer has been designed to measure the dark-adaptation of human eyes objectively, Through a hardware circuit, the ENG signals can be processed on real-time. Optokinetic nystagmus can be automatically identified and the time of dark adaptation displayed just when the dark moving target can be seen. Based on the characteristics mentioned above, the instrument, model YAK-1 was made. Using the instrument, not only the time of rapid dark adaptation but also the absolute threshold of retinal photosensitivity can be determined within 5 minutes. The time of dark adaptation was measured in 1017 subjects by the instrument.Its normal value was 50 sec at stepwise 10^(-2) of dark target brightness. This method can eliminate malingering and the examination will not be affected by other psychologic factors.
