摘要
目的 观察心电图提示伴有心肌缺血的室性早搏患者 ,应用美托洛尔治疗室性早搏的疗效。方法 选择 76例符合条件的患者 ,伴或不伴基础疾病 ,在治疗原发病的基础上 ,口服美托洛尔 5 0～ 70mg/d。 结果 76例患者中 6 1例症状改善、室性早搏减少 ,有效率 83%。 结论 美托洛尔能有效控制室性早搏 ,改善症状 ,同时有抗心肌缺血作用 ,使缺血的ST、T波均有不同程度恢复。
Objective To observe the effectiveness of metoprolol in treating patients with ventricular premature beats and myocardial ischemia examed by electrocardiogram.Methods 76 cases with or without basic disease were given metroprolol 50～70mg/d while primary disease being treated.Results 61 in 76 cases were improved with decrease of ventricular premature beats,effective rate was 83%.Conclusions Metoprolol may control the ventricular premature beats,improve the symptom,and resist myocardial ischemia,recovering the ischemia ST?T wave.
