摘要
目的 探讨TGFβ2 和bFGF在IgAN肾组织内存在的位点。方法 采用免疫组织化学 ,胶体金标记和免疫电镜技术 ,对 2 8例IgAN肾活检组织进行了TGFβ2 和bFGF检测。结果 TGFβ2 和bFGF主要集中于肾小管上皮细胞的线粒体基质内 ,在其它部位有极少量的分布。结论 免疫电镜技术和免疫组织化学技术联合应用 ,对抗原的精确定位具有重要的研究意义。TGFβ2
Objective To study the location and significance of TGFβ 2 and bFGF in IgA nephropathy (IgAN). Method TGFβ 2 and bFGF in 28 cases of IgAN were examined with immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocolloidal gold (ICG). Result TGFβ 2 and bFGF were mainly concentrated in the mitochondrial matrix of renal tubular epithelial cells, but rarely found in other areas. Conclusion Combining IHC and ICG may have important significance in the exact location of antigens. The biochemical significance of TGFβ 2 and bFGF skoncentrotion in the mitochondrial matrix of renal tubular epithelial cells requires further investigation.
