摘要
用乙二胺作模板剂,在乙二胺-Al_2O_3-P_2O_5-SiO_2-H_2O体系中采用水热法于165℃下合成了硅磷酸铝分子筛SAPO-12。考察了乙二胺用量、反应混合物的初始pH值和模板剂种类对产物结晶相的影响。产品的化学组成符合文献值。所得样品用X-射线衍射和红外光谱分析进行了表征。对SAPO-12分子筛的晶体形貌、吸附性能和热稳定性进行了研究。
Silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieve SAPO-12 was synthesized hydrothermally in the system of ethylenediamine(C_2H_8N_2)-Al_2O_3-P_2O_5-SiO_2-H_2O at 165℃. The influence of some synthesis conditions, such as the amount of the ethylenediamine used, the initial pH value of reaction mixture and the varieties of the template used, on the formation of crystalline product phases is investigated. The chemical composition of the product synthesized conforms with the literature values. The samples thus obtained are characterized by means of X-ray powder diffraction patterns and infrared spectra. The properties of SAPO-12 molecalar sieve such as crystal morphology, adsorption capacity and thermal stability are also studied.
