摘要
本文根据石油重馏分油在3822崔化剂上的加氢脱氮实验结果,在一定的简化条件下,就影响加氢脱氮反应的几个最重要的因素建立了加氢脱氮反应动力学模型。应用这一模型可以预测不同原料油在不同脱氮反应条件下的反应结果。模型预测值与实验值拟合良好。对伊朗VGO加氢脱氮。无论预测脱氮率还是反应温度,所得结果均令人满意。
A simplified kinetic model for the hydrodenitrogenation (HDN) of heavy petroleum fractions has been established on the basis of experimental works performed on 3822 catalyst and with the effects of main parameters in consideration. It can be used to predict the HDN reaction results under different conditions for different VGO feeds. The predicted values agree well with the experimental results. For the HDN of Iran VGO, both the predicted HDN conversions and the predicted reaction temperatures are satisfactory in comparison with the experimental data.
